+ How to return a product?
To do this:
  • Go to the My Orders section and select the order concerned by the return
  • Here are some tips to help you return your items with complete peace of mind:
  • Print your return documents
  • Prepare your return package
  • Choose a standard postal package, or reuse the box in which the products arrived to you
  • Place the products inside the package in their original packaging
  • Check the accuracy of the information provided on your Return Slip and place it in the package

  • If the return is made after the legal deadline of 14 days, our logistics department will be able to refuse the package and thus return it to you.

    Please note that in the event of withdrawal, the return costs will be reimbursed to you.
    + How do I cancel my order?
    Changed your mind? Don't worry, you can cancel your order by going to the My Orders section and selecting the order in question.

    Your order cancellation will be effective within 24 hours. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to you immediately, and you will be refunded according to the terms and timeframe of the payment method used.

    Cancellation is possible as long as your order is not yet being prepared by the partner brand or by our logistics teams.

    It is also not possible to partially cancel an order by removing one or more products from it. However, if the chosen product does not suit you, you can return it.
    + Can I exchange or return a product?
    A size problem? An item not to your taste? If a product does not suit you or if it does not conform to your order, you can request a return dans un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception de votre commande.

    As our stocks are limited and sent directly by our partner brands, returned products are not subject to exchange but only to a refund request.

    Upon receipt of the returned product(s), they are checked by our logistics department before being refunded to you. For the refund to be effective, the returned products must meet the prerequisites for refund.
    + What are the refund conditions following a product return?
    To receive a refund for a returned product, you must submit a return request through our website. This request will detail the various steps for returning your products.

    As soon as the returned products have been registered and checked in our warehouses, you will receive a first email to confirm acceptance of the return, then a second email will inform you that the refund request has been made to your bank, in the case where you paid for your order using a payment card.

    A period of 3 to 8 days is then necessary for the refund to be effective. If you have a deferred debit card or a credit card, this refund will take place at the end of the current month.
    + I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

    You can check the tracking of your package via the My Orders section or from the tracking link available in the order dispatch email.

    For home delivery, we also invite you to check with your neighbors: your package may have been delivered in your absence. If not, please contact us via the Help & Contact section so we can investigate with the carrier.

    For deliveries by specialized carrier, please consult the delivery terms available in the shipping email for your order.
